Caring for Tasmanian Native Wildlife

Ravenhill Raptor Recovery is a group of volunteers on the North-West coast of Tasmania, who work together to rescue, raise and rehabilitate injured and orphaned Tasmanian native wildlife.  Our group is also a proud member of Wildcare Tas Inc. Learn more about what we've been doing on our blog page.

We receive nearly 2000 calls for help annually.

Birds of prey, Quolls, Tasmanian Devils, Eastern Barred Bandicoots and snake relocations are our priority.

Due to the large volume of minor species being brought to the Rescue Centre, i.e. Pademelons, Bennett’s Wallaby, Brushtail Possums etc., we cannot respond to calls regarding those species. Contact your local vet clinic for assistance regarding those animals.

When you contact us please leave a detailed message and contact phone number so we can respond.
